The working problem

Daily health information is often fragmented

Measurements may live in paper notebooks, messaging threads, device screens or memory. That fragmentation makes it harder to see patterns and prepare a coherent history for a professional conversation.

A personal record, not a clinical system

The application organizes information entered by the user. It is not connected to a clinic, laboratory or emergency service unless the user independently exports and shares a report.

Privacy by practical control

Core records stay on the device for normal use. The user controls access to the device, backups, exported files and any sharing with another person.

Capabilities

A focused workflow, not a feature catalogue

Capabilities are organized around the practical job the user is trying to complete, with clear boundaries around responsibility and supported use.

Track

Measurements

Record glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, weight and BMI with dates and notes.

Organize

Treatments and routines

Keep a practical reminder of medications or routines entered by the user without prescribing or changing treatment.

Plan

Appointments

Maintain upcoming or past appointments alongside the personal history.

Understand

Trends and charts

Review historical values and visual patterns to prepare better questions.

Notice

Smart alerts

Surface configured thresholds or unusual entries as attention signals—not medical conclusions.

Prepare

PDF reports

Generate a structured summary the user may save or share by choice.

How it works

From input to useful output in four steps

The application keeps the main journey understandable so the user can review what was entered, what was generated and what remains their responsibility.

01

Capture

Enter a measurement, note, routine or appointment.

02

Review

Use history and charts to see how entries evolve.

03

Prepare

Select relevant information and generate a report.

04

Discuss

Use the report as support for a qualified medical conversation.

HealthTrack Care privacy and data practices

HealthTrack Care is a local-first personal tracking application. The complete privacy information below is displayed directly on this page so users can understand what data the application handles, where it is stored, when it may leave the device and how it can be deleted.

Effective date: 21 July 2026 · Last updated: 21 July 2026

No diagnosis, prescription or emergency monitoring. The user remains responsible for entries, device security, backups and any report they choose to share.

1. Controller and contact

Growth Infra Consulting publishes HealthTrack Care. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@growthinfra.org.

2. Data handled by the application

Depending on the features used, HealthTrack Care may process profile information entered by the user, health measurements, symptoms or observations, medication and treatment records, appointments, reminders, notes, and reports generated by the user. These records are entered or selected by the user.

3. Storage and core processing

The normal tracking workflow stores application records locally on the user’s device. Growth Infra Consulting does not operate a hosted patient-record database for the core workflow and does not require a Growth Infra Consulting account to record or review entries.

4. Data leaving the device

Data may leave the device only through an action or service initiated by the user or the operating system, for example exporting or sharing a report, device backup or synchronization configured by the user, contacting support, or processing an App Store or Google Play transaction. Recipients selected by the user become responsible for the copy they receive.

5. Third-party services

Apple or Google may process store account, purchase, subscription, device and diagnostic information under their own terms when the application is downloaded, purchased, restored or updated. Growth Infra Consulting does not receive the user’s full payment-card details.

6. Permissions

The application should request only permissions needed for enabled features, such as document access for exports or notifications for reminders. A permission can be denied or withdrawn in the device settings, although the related feature may then stop working.

7. Retention and deletion

Locally stored records remain on the device until the user deletes individual records, resets application data or uninstalls the application, subject to operating-system backups controlled by the user. Exported files must be deleted separately from every location or recipient to which the user sent them.

8. Security

Security depends partly on device passcodes, operating-system protections, backup settings and the way exported files are handled. Users should protect the device, keep software updated and share health reports only with intended recipients.

9. Health and medical limitations

HealthTrack Care is a record-keeping and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor emergencies, replace professional medical judgment or guarantee that an entered value is clinically correct. Urgent symptoms or concerning values require contact with an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.

10. Children

The application is not directed to children as an independent medical service. A parent, guardian or authorized caregiver should supervise any use involving a minor and remain responsible for data entry and sharing.

11. User choices and rights

Users control the records stored in the application and may review, correct, export or delete them through the available functions. Where a privacy request concerns information directly held by Growth Infra Consulting, such as a support message, the user may contact the address above.

12. Policy updates

This information may be updated when application behavior, platform requirements or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date are shown on this page.
