QuoteMargin Pro privacy and data practices

QuoteMargin Pro is a local-first quotation and margin-analysis application. The complete privacy information below explains how commercial records, calculations, exports, purchases and optional network functions are handled.

Growth Infra Consulting does not operate a hosted database for the core quote workflow. Users remain responsible for commercial inputs, recipient selection, legal and tax review, and exported documents.

1. Controller and contact

Growth Infra Consulting publishes QuoteMargin Pro. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@growthinfra.org.

2. Data handled by the application

Depending on use, QuoteMargin Pro may process a company profile, client and contact records, quote titles and references, line items, quantities, costs, selling prices, discounts, taxes, currencies, exchange-rate assumptions, bonds, commercial notes and documents generated by the user.

3. Storage and core processing

The core quotation, calculation and document-preparation workflow stores working records locally on the user’s device. A Growth Infra Consulting account or hosted quotation database is not required for normal use.

4. Optional network activity

A network connection may be used for features that explicitly require it, such as refreshing exchange-rate information, opening an external store page, restoring a purchase or contacting support. Exchange-rate requests should not include the user’s quote, client, cost or margin records.

5. Exports and sharing

When the user creates or shares PDF, spreadsheet, CSV or other documents, the exported copy leaves the application under the user’s control. The user is responsible for recipients, storage locations, redaction of internal values and the commercial accuracy of the final document.

6. Purchases and third parties

Apple or Google may process store account, transaction, subscription, device and diagnostic information under their own privacy terms. Growth Infra Consulting may receive transaction status or entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features, but not the user’s full payment-card details.

7. Permissions

The application should request only permissions needed for selected features, such as document or file access for import and export. Permissions can be denied or withdrawn in device settings, with the related feature potentially becoming unavailable.

8. Retention and deletion

Local company, client and quote records remain until the user deletes them, resets application data or uninstalls the application, subject to backups configured by the user. Exported documents must be deleted separately from every destination or recipient.

9. Security

Users should protect their device, maintain secure backups and review documents before sharing. Local-first operation reduces unnecessary transfer but cannot prevent access by someone who controls an unlocked device or receives an unprotected export.

10. Commercial, tax and legal limitations

QuoteMargin Pro supports decisions and document preparation. It does not validate market prices, tax treatment, legal clauses, exchange-rate accuracy, accounting rules or contractual authority. The user remains responsible for inputs, approvals and the final offer.

11. Children

QuoteMargin Pro is a professional business tool and is not directed to children.

12. User choices and rights

Users may review, correct, export and delete locally stored records through the application. Requests concerning information directly held by Growth Infra Consulting, such as a support message or transaction inquiry, may be sent to the contact address above.

This information may be updated when product behavior, store requirements or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date are shown on this page.
